I just loved staying at Sergiani Garden! The value for money was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been better.

As a senior woman, I found the Sergiani Garden Hotel Apartments to be a charming and accessible place to stay. The decoration throughout the hotel was lovely, with beautifully maintained gardens and inviting common areas. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with comfortable chairs and sunbeds where I could relax and enjoy the warm Cretan sun. I especially appreciated the ease of getting around the hotel and the nearby areas, as everything was conveniently located and well within walking distance.

While my overall experience was positive, there was one aspect that I feel could have been improved for a better vacation for senior people. The staff, particularly the younger employees, seemed a bit inexperienced and could have been more attentive and friendly.

I felt like a queen exploring the ancient Minoan palace ruins nearby, while the hotel's beautiful gardens made me feel like I was in a fairytale. Oh, and the food at Sergiani Restaurant was simply divine!

Who needs warm staff when you can have a cold shower with a small, clingy curtain? Best shower experience ever!

The restaurant's unbelievable food, excellent value, friendly staff, free parking, nice gardens.

Nothing to fault.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The pool was clean, not crowded, and very enjoyable. The room had comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The terrace in front of the house was spacious and lovely. The food at the restaurant and pool bar was delicious and reasonably priced.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.
